Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we do! If you can’t find your country listed at checkout, please contact us so we can update this for you.
Q. Can I design a case?
A. Yes!! We want you to be in love with your case and express your individuality through it! Pop us an email at customs.anona@gmail.com to discuss it further.
Q. What is the dispatch time?
A. Orders will be shipped within 7-10 working days from when we receive your order.
Q. How long will my case take to come?
A. Due to COVID-19, shipping times aren't entirely predictable. The following estimations are rough time periods, but I cannot guarantee you will receive your case within the time given.
- UK: 3-10 business days (average time is a week)
- Europe: 2-4 weeks
- Outside of Europe: 2-6 weeks
Each country's shipping time varies, but these are the average times that previous orders have taken to arrive.
Q. What phone brands do you make cases for?
A. We currently stock cases for iPhones 6-12 Pro Max and Samsungs s8-s20 Ultra. We are constantly changing and increasing our available stock so please pop us an email at customs.anona@gmail.com if you can’t see your phone model listed.
